To celebrate 30 years of the Society, in May 2017, we performed a concert version of Trial by Jury with the Isle of Man Symphony Orchestra. In October we shall be performing Sweet Charity at the Gaiety Theatre
In October 2013, after a number of years making a loss and with falling audiences for our Gilbert & Sullivan shows, the Committee bravely decided to have a non-G&S show for its main production in October and so we embarked on a series of non G&S shows starting with High Society.
In October 2007 we performed Ruddygore reverting to the original spelling which had been changed because it was considered too rude for Victorian Society. The highlight of the show was when one of the ghosts appeared using the World's only Corsican Trap at the Gaiety.
In the Summer of 2003, we visited the International Gilbert & Sullivan festival and performed "The Batsman's Bride" as part of the fringe. In October 2003 we performed a modern adaptation of Patience in which the poets became football stars and the ladies chorus were football fans.
